HOW TO APPLY


A-Offline Admission Process

Step-1 Collect Prospectus & Admission form from Reception Window.
Step-2 Submit duly filled Admission Form & get it verified in Admin Office with all necessary documents.
Step-3 Check the Merit list (College will notify the date).
Step-4 Attend Counseling and interview by the Admission committee.
Step-5 Attend Counseling Interview & Confirmation of Admission by the Principal.
Step-6 Submit original documents.
Step-7 Pay Caution Money & Semester Fees through Cheque/Cash
Step-8 Collect fees receipt from the admin office.

B-Online Admission Process

Step-1 Kindly Register on https://oshwaleducationtrust.org/onlineenquiry.aspx
Step-2 You will be notified by SMS for Login ID & link of Application Form.
Step-3 Pay Admission Form Fee Online.
Step-4 Fill up Admission Form and upload required dcouments.
Step-5 Check the Merit list (College will notify the date).
Step-6 Attend Counseling and interview by the Admission committee in the College Campus.
Step-7 Attend Counseling Interview & Confirmation of Admission by the Principal in the College Campus.
Step-8 Submit original documents in the admin office.
Step-9 Pay Caution Money & Semester Fees through Cheque/Cash/Online.
Step-10 Collect fees receipt from the admin office.

B. Com., BBA, B.C.A, CS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

A candidate seeking admission should submit the photocopies of the following certificates along with the application form, as applicable.
1 One passport size photograph of Father and Mother - each. Two photographs of the student.
2 Attested Copy of the 12th result Sheet.
3 Attested Copy of School Leaving certificate.
4 Attested Copy of the 10th result Sheet.
5 First Attempt Certificate.
6 Character Certificate.
7 Attested Copy of Passing Certificate.
8 Attested Copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/S.E.B.C(OBC) Minority-Students).
9 GAP certificate (If more than 2 year gap after 12th).
10 Provisional Eligibility Certificate. (For C.B.S.E & other Board students).
11 Cultural & Sport Activities Certificate (if National & State Level).
12 N.C.C. & N.S.S. /Scouts/Guide Certificate (if any).
13 Attested Copy of Aadhaar Card.

M. Com., LL.B. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

A candidate seeking admission should submit the photocopies of the following certificates along with the application form, as applicable.
1 One passport size photograph of Father and Mother - each. Two photographs of the student.
2 Attested Copy of the 12th result Sheet.
3 Attested Copy of School Leaving certificate.
4 Attested Copy of the 10th result Sheet.
5 Graduation mark sheet (all semester mark sheets).
6 Post-Graduation mark sheet (all semester mark sheets, as applicable).
7 Attested Copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/S.E.B.C(OBC) Minority-Students).
8 Affidavit if the age is above 30 years (Only for LL.B. students).
9 Provisional Eligibility Certificate. (Other than Saurashtra University students).
10 Cultural & Sport Activities Certificate (if National & State Level).
11 N.C.C. & N.S.S. Certificate (if any).
12 Attested Copy of Aadhaar Card.

FOR STUDENTS OTHER THAN GUJARAT BOARD/ SAURASHTRA UNIVERISTY

IMPORTANT



    To promote and advance commercial, industrial and technical education, hold and conduct examinations and award diplomas, certificates, and prizes and to found and support establishments and institutions for such purposes.

    Please bring required documents in original at the time of attending Counselling & Interview.

    You must appear for Counselling & Interview with parents/guardian.

    The merit-List of eligible candidates will be displayed on the website/notice board of the college. Inclusion of the name in the merit-list does not guarantee for confirmation of admission. Granting admission to a program is based upon the personal counselling.

    The eligible candidates will have to report for the personal interview on the date and time as specified in the merit list. Candidates not reporting for counselling as per schedule will lose their claim for admission.

    Candidates, who are granted admission will have to pay the fees. In case of cancellation of admission within one month of date of remittance of fee, 50% of fee will be refunded. No refund of fees will be given if admission is cancelled after one month. After the payment of fees, the students should preserve the fee-receipt for future reference.

    The caution money will be refunded after completion of graduation (within one month from the date of issuance of mark sheet of Semester – 6) on presenting the receipt of caution money. For those discontinuing studies the caution money will be refunded within one month after the department clearance.

    The right of granting admission is exclusively reserved by the Management and Admission committee.

    To seek admission in any program, the candidate shall have to apply within two years of clearance of the qualifiying examination (HSC). In case of any gap the candidate shall be required to submit a Gap Certificate/ Affidavit.

    The rules of Saurashtra University will be applicable and binding to the students enrolling in any of the program affiliated to Saurashtra University.


RULES FOR FEES PAYMENT


    All fees are to be paid at the beginning of the term as and when the notice for the payment of fees is issued by the college.

    College fee is non-refundable.

    Once the term starts, a student is a registered student of the college and is liable to pay fees for the term even though the results may or may not be declared.

    If a student leaves mid-term due to transfer or NOC, he is still liable to pay the college fees. However, the amount to be paid will be as follows:

    a) If a student leaves within one and half months from the start of the term, both Odd or Even term - 40% fees to be paid.

    b) If a student leaves within two and a half months from the start of the term, both Odd or Even term -65% fees to be paid

    c) After two and a half months in Odd or Even term a student has to - pay full fees.

    Application for NOC duly signed by concerned Authority should be submitted along with the copy of the mark sheet/Hall Ticket of the last Semester exam.

    College reserves the right to modify rules.
